By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website terms and conditions of use, applicable laws and regulations, and their compliance. If you disagree with any of the stated terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this site are secured by relevant copyright and trademark law.

Permission is allowed to temporarily download one duplicate of the materials (data or programming) on the Exactly You Boudoir site for individual and non-business use only. This is just a permit of license and not an exchange of title, and under this permit, you may not:

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 740-486-9731. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at exactly.you.boudoir@gmail.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 1 or more messages each month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

10. Retainer Fee Policy

$99 covers professional hair and makeup and the session only. It does not include any prints or products. Jenn will contact you as soon as possible to finalize your dates. If you choose not to proceed after the phone consultation, your retainer fee will be refunded. If you are thinking about booking a session, the retainer fee will not be this low again. There are a limited number of these sessions available and when they are sold out, they will be gone. This is good for weekday sessions only and must be held by THE DATE DESIGNATED BY THE SPECIAL.
