During these Maternity Boudoir Sessions, we want to capture your transformative experience. We want to give you a day to pamper yourself with professional hair and make up; because you deserve it! It doesn’t matter if this is your first child or your last, we hope you take this opportunity and let us capture that gorgeous pregnancy glow of yours. These sessions will also give you many photos to cherish for a lifetime; therefore we are so excited!
On this blog post, let’s dive in to some important notes that we would love you to know if you are considering a Maternity Boudoir Session with us.
– Timing: Plan your photoshoot for the end of the second trimester or early third trimester, between 28-34 weeks, when you’ll have a beautiful baby bump but still feel comfortable.
– Styling: We want to focus on your baby bump and change in your body. So we believe, these sessions are best in minimal clothing. A bra and underwear set, an open button down shirt, or a flowy robe. If you are comfortable, these can be done nude as well.
-Partner: You can always add your partner in the photoshoot for intimate and emotional moments. This shoot can be a great chance for you and your partner to connect and bond. You’re about to enter the journey into parenthood together, take the chance to do something that’s about both of you.
-Privacy and Consent: As always, we will discuss any privacy concerns you may have, and decide if you’d like your images shared publicly or not.
And finally,
Confidence and Comfort: Trust our guidance as we will communicate your comfort level throughout the shoot. We want this photoshoots to be relaxed but also fun for you!
